Phase 2 — Permitting & Site Work
New construction in Massachusetts requires building permits, typically taking 3–5 weeks depending on the municipality. Ruhan GC handles permit filing and coordinates with the local building department. Site work clearing, excavation, and foundation begins once permits are in hand.
Phase 4 — Finish & Delivery
Insulation, drywall, finish flooring, cabinetry, tile, fixtures, paint, and trim the finish phase is where your home comes to life. We take the same pride in the details that most people never see (blocking, framing tolerances, waterproofing details) as we do in the finishes they'll see every day.
